Our Story

About 14 & 7

14 & 7 isn’t a catchy gym slogan. It’s the oilfield hitch — fourteen days on, seven days off — and everything that comes with it.

Long 15–17 hour shifts. Sleep that never quite catches up. Gas-station food when real meals aren’t an option. Gyms that are miles away, if they exist at all. Then the days off that are supposed to be rest — and the next hitch flipping from days to nights.

I know that life because I live it. I chased bodybuilding hard in the middle of it and found out I had type II diabetes. That forced the real lesson: diet and training aren’t optional when your schedule is this rough. Muscle isn’t just for looking strong — it’s a blood-glucose sponge. Building it and fueling it the right way helped me reverse course, and it’s why I coach the way I do.

I’m not a coach with a roster. I’m a frac consultant who lifts on the hitch. This is the plan I run. This is the life that I've lived since I turned 40 yrs. old. Rose to the top of the game and got knocked down to start all over again as an EO. Rebuilt EVERYTHING from scratch post Covid. IYKYK.

WHY THIS MATTERS

I was one of those numbers. I turned it around working a 14/7 schedule. You can too.
